Trial runs and wedding day services are provided in the comfort of your home or at your chosen location for convenience and ease.
Travel Radius
I travel up to one (1) hour from Woodbury, Minnesota for weddings.
Travel Fees
Travel is charged at $50 round trip per 30 minutes of travel time. All weddings include a minimum 30-minute travel fee. For locations 35 minutes or more from Woodbury, travel fees are doubled to account for extended time commitment.
Service Capacity & Booking Limits

To ensure the highest level of attention, precision, and a calm wedding-day experience, I personally accommodate up to six (6) total services per wedding (for example: Bride Hair & Makeup plus 4–6 additional services). Limiting services allows me to dedicate the time your bridal look deserves while still providing beautiful, unrushed styling for your bridesmaids and family.
Larger Bridal Parties
If your wedding requires more than six services, I’m happy to share my list of trusted professional artists once your retainer has been paid. Please note that I do not manage other artists’ schedules, contracts, or payments unless coordination is requested.
If you would like me to coordinate additional artists on your behalf, a non-refundable coordination fee of $100 per artist will apply. This fee is separate from your retainer and covers time spent confirming availability, reviewing portfolios, sharing pricing, and assisting with booking arrangements.
Important Note for High-Demand Dates
During peak wedding season (May–November), a minimum booking of four (4) services is required for weddings scheduled on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. This ensures adequate time and attention for your bridal party while maintaining a seamless, stress-free experience.
For weddings with expedited timelines, an additional $100 per artist fee will be added to the invoice. This fee applies to all accelerated schedules to ensure services are completed without compromising quality.
