A 100% non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment date and time.

Your session is not confirmed until payment has been received.

The retainer reserves your scheduled time, studio coordination (if applicable), and preparation for your session. Because your appointment time is exclusively held for you, all session fees are non-refundable.

Retainers and session fees may be transferred only in accordance with the Rescheduling Policy outlined below.

All image purchases are final and non-refundable due to the custom nature of professional retouching and digital delivery.

If you are feeling unwell, please notify me as soon as possible.

Each client is permitted one illness-related reschedule per calendar year without cancellation fees.

Payments are non-refundable but may be applied toward a future appointment within 6 months of the original date, based on availability.

Additional cancellations within the same calendar year will result in forfeiture of payment.

No-shows or same-day cancellations without communication will result in forfeiture of payment and may restrict future bookings.

Nicole Fae LLC reserves the right to reschedule due to:

• Severe weather

• Illness

• Equipment failure

• Emergency

If cancellation occurs on behalf of Nicole Fae LLC, the client may reschedule or receive a refund of the session fee.

If you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened to accommodate the schedule. The full service fee will still apply.

Alternative formats of this policy are available upon request to ensure accessibility for all clients, including those with disabilities.

Nicole Fae LLC reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if behavior is unsafe, inappropriate, or disruptive.

By booking an appointment, you agree to the terms in effect at the time of booking.

Proofing galleries are delivered within 7–10 business days of your session date.

Final retouched images are delivered within 3 weeks of image selection and purchase, unless a different timeline is communicated in writing.

Please note:

Retouching does not begin until final image selections have been made and payment is complete.

An expedited retouching option may be available upon request. If needed, please notify Nicole at the time of image selection. Expedited fees apply.

Proofing galleries remain active for 90 days from delivery.

After 90 days, galleries may be archived and may not be recoverable.

Final purchased images are stored for 1 year as a courtesy. Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up all purchased files upon delivery.

Nicole Fae LLC is not responsible for lost or damaged files once delivered.

If your session includes a rented studio space, the studio fee is separate from your session fee.

Studio rental fees are:

• Due at booking

• Non-refundable once the studio has been reserved

• Non-transferable to future dates unless the studio itself permits changes

Studio reservations are secured with third-party rental spaces, and those policies are outside of Nicole Fae LLC’s control.

If a session is rescheduled and the studio does not allow date changes, a new studio rental fee may be required.

Upon full purchase of digital images, Nicole Fae LLC grants a personal branding usage license, allowing use for:

• Social media

• LinkedIn

• Website bios

• Email signatures

• Press features promoting the individual

• Internal company use

This license does NOT include:

• Product advertising

• Paid advertisements

• Stock photography resale

• Merchandise

• Commercial brand marketing

• Third-party product promotion

If an organization or brand wishes to use images for commercial purposes, they must contact Nicole Fae LLC to secure proper licensing.

Images may not be altered or filtered once delivered.

Nicole Fae LLC retains full copyright ownership of all images.

Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to the session, Nicole Fae LLC reserves the right to use selected images for:

• Portfolio

• Website

• Social media

• Educational materials

• Marketing & promotional use

If privacy is required, written notice must be provided prior to the session date.

Client information is never sold or shared. Information collected is used solely for communication and fulfillment of services.
