Weather-related cancellations will only be considered in the event of officially declared state travel advisories, emergency orders, or widespread school closures due to unsafe conditions.

In such cases, communication will be made promptly to determine next steps.

Services include only what is agreed upon at booking. Additional services requested on-site may incur additional charges and are subject to availability.

Once services have begun, they are considered rendered and non-refundable.

If you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened to accommodate the schedule. The full service fee will still apply.
